Zucchini Hummus

1 zucchini
2 TBLS raw tahini
2 TBLS fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt

Place ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape around the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
