Reed’s Many Herb Dressing

This is a great dressing to toss in a salad full of summer veggies like beets, green beans, kohlrabi, carrots, tomatoes, summer squash, lettuce, etc.

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
2 parsley sprigs, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
